1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a CanyonTechs AI / AMP subscription and when you may be entitled to a refund. It supplements the fees and billing terms in our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this policy and a separately signed agreement (such as an Enterprise order form or MSA), the signed agreement controls.
Paid plans are sold through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, which is the seller of record on your receipt and processes payments, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
2. Cancelling your plan
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings → Billing in the AMP console, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current billing period. After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the workspace reverts to the free Starter plan (subject to its limits).
3. Free (Starter) plan
The Starter plan is free and involves no charge, so no refund applies. We may modify, cap, or discontinue the Starter plan as described in the Terms of Service.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance for each one-month period. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current month and then ends with no further charges. Monthly fees are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial months. Refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
5. Enterprise agreements
Enterprise plans are governed by the order form or master agreement you sign with us. Cancellation, refund, and termination-for-convenience terms are whatever that contract states; this policy does not override it.
6. How refunds are processed
When a refund is approved, it is issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card network and are typically 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are made in the original currency of the transaction; we are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or third-party bank fees. Where applicable, taxes collected at purchase are refunded together with the eligible amount.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
- EU/UK consumers. You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use the Service during that period you may be asked to acknowledge that performance has begun, which can end the withdrawal right for the portion already supplied, to the extent permitted by law.
- Other jurisdictions. Where local law grants a mandatory refund or cooling-off right that this policy does not already provide, that law prevails.
8. Failed payments and involuntary cancellation
If a renewal payment fails, we (via Paddle) may retry the charge and will notify you. If payment remains unresolved after 14 days, we may suspend or downgrade the workspace as described in the Terms of Service. Suspension for non-payment does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
9. How to request a refund
To request a refund where you believe one is due, email [email protected] from the address on your account with your workspace name, the charge date, and the reason for the request. We review requests within 5 business days. We may decline requests that fall outside this policy and applicable law, or that fall outside the 14-day refund window in §4.
